Incubation for 10 days at 37º and 55ºC and subsequent analysis of:

– Investigation of aerobic mesophilic bacteria (absence/presence)

– Investigation of thermophilic aerobic bacteria (absence/presence)

– Investigation. of Mesophilic Anaerobic Bacteria (absence/presence)

– Investigation. Thermophilic Anaerobic Bacteria (absence/presence)

– Determination of pH

– Visual determination of the container

BAM – AOAC
